Jerry Nardella brings experience in finance and operations from privately held and Fortune 500 companies. Most recently he spent several years consulting and his clients have included Hyatt Corporation, Wolters Kluwer and Philadelphia Gear. His previous direct roles include CFO and VP of Operations at two mid-sized privately held companies and along with a variety of operations and accounting roles at Ecolab. Mr. Nardella has two BS degrees from the University of Illinois and an MBA from Northwestern University’s J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Business.
James T. Allen
Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of myFootpath, LLC
J.T. Allen is an innovator in strategic design, development and implementation. He is a former consultant with Ernst & Young/Chicago and has worked with a variety of multi-national corporations. His prior experience includes the development of a leadership program for expanding entrepreneurship in Silicon Valley. Mr. Allen graduated cum laude from the University of Michigan Business School.
Dr. James Chitwood
Dr. James (Jim) Chitwood brings his passion, relentless energy, and deep industry expertise to the Enrollment Management function for myFootpath. Over his illustrious higher education career, Dr. Chitwood has continually succeeded at each new enrollment endeavor. He has a doctorate in organizational leadership with a dissertation researching admissions performance and satisfaction. An operations minded systems thinker with experience integrating with multiple institutional brands and a solid perspective on the role admissions excellence plays in the synergistic relationship between industry, colleges and students.
Ezekielus (Zeke) Starr has over 13 years experience in educational sales. He is passionate about helping change the lives of others through education. In his career, he has found that higher education has the ability to change a families dynamics adding a profound effect on generations to come. Ezekielus has his Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management.
Jonathan Penny brings over 14 years of experience in technology. As a consultant, has advised two INC 500 companies, co-founded two startups, and completed projects for a number of Fortune 500 companies. Jonathan has a BA in Psychology from Concordia University Chicago.
Robyn Palmersheim is an Independent Higher Education Consultant based in Chicago, IL.
Robyn has been working in higher education administration for more than 18 years. She has held a variety of roles in admissions, marketing and operations. Recently becoming an independent consultant, she provides enrollment management, marketing, organizational/structural development and strategic planning services.
Most recently, she served as the Vice President of Enrollment Services for TCS Education System, a non-profit system of colleges, where she worked for five years. Prior to that she held senior management positions with Kaplan Higher Education Corporation and American Intercontinental University. She is well-regarded in the admissions field for her vast knowledge of recruitment practices and innovative solutions.
Robyn graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the Ohio State University. She resides in Chicago with her husband and their two children.
